These terms govern your use of the Hotel Yak and Trek Thamel website and the booking request and contact forms it provides. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Booking Requests Are Not Instant Confirmations

The Booking page on this website is a booking request system, not a real-time reservation or payment system. Submitting the booking form sends your requested dates, room preference, and contact details to our reservations team. It does not guarantee room availability or constitute a confirmed reservation.

After you submit a request, our team will check availability for your dates and contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp to confirm your reservation, discuss rates, and answer any questions. A booking is only confirmed once you receive that confirmation from us directly.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Check-out is from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Please contact us in advance if you expect to arrive outside these hours.

House Rules

• Pets are not permitted on the property.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• This property does not accommodate bachelor/bachelorette-style group bookings.
• Rooms are non-smoking.

Pricing

Room rates shown on this website are indicative and may change based on season, occupancy, promotions, or availability. Final pricing will always be confirmed by our team before your reservation is finalised.
